Daily Urinal Cleaning

Daily Cleaning Procedures for the eco-cube waterless urinal system. (Ask for the new DVD which shows how to maintain the urinal or see the Downloads section for a PDF version of the Daily Cleaning Procedures)

1. Remove all rubbish and debris, such as gum, hair, paper, and cigarette butts from the urinal cage. Place one eco-cube in each urinal.

2. Dilute the Urinal/Washroom Cleaner concentrate solution 1:10 or if using the 5-litre container with a pump fitted, simply press the pump once into the 750ml spray container, then top up with water. This is then ready to use on the urinals.

3. Spray the entire face of the urinal with the now, premixed Urinal/Washroom Cleaner (which also acts as a booster for the eco-cube microbes) daily.

4. The surrounding tiles and floor should also be sprayed with the diluted Urinal/Washroom Cleaner daily.

5. Scrub and clean the back and sides of the urinal with a long handle brush or similar. Use this brush to clean the urinals only

6. Allow the Urinal/Washroom Cleaner to work for at least 1 minute before wiping down with a damp cloth.

7. Pour 3 litres of water over the face of the urinal eco-cube and down into the trap every day. Ideally use the eco-works Flushing Can for this action. (Enquire for details about the new Flushing Can).

8. Replenish any eco-cube that has broken down to 10% of its original cube size. There is no need to remove the old cube; they will dissolve naturally.

By following the simple steps on a daily basis your urinal will be clean, chemical free and odour free in it’s new eco-friendly state.
